"Looks original to me no issues"
Got a pair of shoes from al-ikhsan.com and they seem legit. The box tags and overall quality all look original to me. Delivery was alright not super quick but still okay. I’d buy again if the price is good...

"I was kind of expecting better deals..."
I was kind of expecting better deals here, but a lot of the items still seemed pricey to me. I assumed the discounts would make things feel more worth it, but only a few looked decent. Once shipping got added, it started to feel like the same pattern as other places where the sale price isn’t really that great in the end.

"Fit feels right so far"
I ordered my usual size and it ended up fitting well. They did feel a little snug the first day, but after wearing them again more recently, they felt much better and were comfortable. Overall, I’m happy with them right now

I’m not a shoe expert, but I usually go by a couple quick things: do they feel sturdy, and does the stitching look clean? These check both boxes so far. For the price, they feel like a good buy.

I did get my refund in the end, so I guess the return process was okay overall. It just took longer than I expected. Support was decent, I think, but their answers weren’t super clear, so I wasn’t always sure what was happening...

"Delivery came quite fast actually"
I ordered from al-ikhsan.com and the parcel arrived more faster than I was thinking. The tracking was okay also, not much problem there. I give 4 stars only because the packing can be a bit more better, but for the delivery speed, it was good.

"Payment options are way too limited"
I was frustrated with how few payment options were available. It feels like one of those policy loopholes where they can say they technically support payments, but in reality you’re stuck with only a couple of choices. It made the whole checkout process more annoying than it needed to be.

"Easy refund, but stock info needs work"
I’ve bought from al-ikhsan before and the website is easy to use, so I thought ordering a pair of shoes would be straightforward. The shoes were shown as in stock, so I placed my order, but a few days later I was told the item was actually unavailable. That was quite frustrating because I had already waited and ended up missing other promos elsewhere. I really think the stock status on the website needs to be updated more accurately. To be fair, the refund process was okay and not a big hassle, but the overall shopping experience this time wasn’t great.

"Quick and easy to find what I needed"
I was in a bit of a rush when I used Al-Ikhsan, so I was glad the site was easy to figure out. I could quickly find the shoes and sports stuff I was looking for without clicking around too much or getting lost.

"Not many options in my size"
I keep checking back, but the selection in my size feels really limited. It’s mostly the same items every time, which gets kind of frustrating. Not saying it’s a scam, but it does make me wonder how much inventory they actually have available.
